The Score is an American crime and comedy film from 2001 directed by Frank Oz starring Robert De Niro, Robert Downey Jr. and Edward Norton. The Score 2001 is an American crime film by Frank Oz from 2001, in which Rob DeNiro and Elizabeth Banks play the leading roles.
The screenplay is based on the novel of the same name by Robert DeNiro, Robert Downey Jr. and Edward Norton as well as director Frank Oz.
Packed with scientific and human stories, the book is an intense reading that can get technical, but Kolk has a lot to say and the struggle and resilience of his patients are very moving.
You immediately feel with the protagonist and want him to succeed, but you know that everything is in your head and off the clock. This creates empathy, which is the best thing you can do for your protagonist, and it creates a sense of empathy, which is a very important part of the story.
You also know that the crime does not pay and that the unrelenting power of the law would be good for your favorite child, but you love the reward and regret. You identify with the villain out of remorse, and you also know that if you had not paid for your crime, what would this unrelenting power of the law have done to him?
An aging thief decides to do his best to retire for good, but instead of using a hackneyed story, a catch is added to it.
I've proclaimed my love for Heist movies more than a few times on this blog, but the premise is cliché as hell, and as we all know, I'm the type of person who thinks it matters whether the clichés are done well or not. The Score is a film I have seen and heard a thousand times, a story about a thief who plans one last heist and then retreats.
When you have three acting powerhouses in a movie, you would expect there to be nothing but sheer greatness. The chemistry between the actors is strong, their acting skills are put to the test, and the chemistry between them is strong.
Marlon Brando is not much in the film, but whenever he is, he makes his presence known. In the film in question, Nick Offerman, Edward Norton and Edith Piaf play Nick, a flight attendant in Montreal, Canada. Nick runs a jazz club in Quebec City and has to behave in such a way that his girlfriend Diane (Angela Bassett) hates him, but knows that he is the best in his field and appreciates the beautiful things in life.
You should never rob where you live, and you should stick to the principles that have helped keep you alive. This adherence to these very necessary rules is the reason why I have persevered as long as I have.
I almost forgot why I put this score on my watch list, but a former manager of mine mentioned this movie to me, and I mentioned to him the acting talent of Edward Norton, so I did.
Edward Norton brings a swagger as an aspiring - and upcoming - young thief who has been working on a huge score for the past three weeks. I also found it interesting that Robert De Niro and Marlon Brando also star, but neither of them is there to contribute anything substantial. Score, however, features a terrific performance from ageing icon Marlboro Man himself and a fantastic performance from Edward Norton, who gives his best performance yet in the film.
In building his own Verbal Kint persona, Teller forgets to enlist the help of his best friend and former crime partner, the brilliant and brilliant composer John Williams (John Carpenter).
In the course of complicated planning and preparation, Nick and Jack form an uneasy partnership and Nick signs up for a job in his own backyard. In this job he runs a jazz club and likes to cook pasta for his girlfriend Diane (Angela Bassett). He would love to leave this side-gig and is seriously considering it, but reluctantly takes the opportunity offered to him by his best friend and former partner Jack (John Carpenter). No one has seen many Heist films that believe the last contract for $100,000 went smoothly.
