Review

Dark Phoenix will be released in the US for the first time in 2019 on home video, as we know it from the original Dark Phoenix comic. With New Mutants delayed in 2020 due to a difficult production, DarkPhoenix will end the long-running saga of mutants and, with the character effectively bowing out after the 2017 Logan, the current X-Men timeline offers him a chance to return. We had the opportunity to interview writer / director James Kinberg and director / producer Chris Claremont to share their thoughts on the upcoming film. Kinburg explains why the crowned Wolverine and the other characters from his original comic series did not appear in this film.

X - Men Dark Phoenix was originally scheduled for release in November but has been brought forward to February 14th. It's easy to understand why X - Men Dark Phoenix felt like a rejected product. Again, extensive new recordings were postponed to the beginning of June and then again at the beginning of July.

In truth, X - Men Dark Phoenix was a lackluster finale to the franchise that didn't feel cinematic, engaging or poignantly entertaining enough to leave a lasting impression. In the end, it fell out of favor and many viewers were disappointed and dissatisfied that they ended a beloved movie franchise with a meager finale. But when it rises from the ashes, will it rise again or fall back into the ashes?
Dark Phoenix will almost certainly not be the last time you will ever see it X-Men on the big screen, it will be one of the longest running superhero franchises in cinema history. Like it or not, this is the next step in a long line of great films for the X Men franchise.

Dark Phoenix cemented its place in history by ending its theatrical release as one of the worst-running films of all time at the box office. The release ultimately cost the studio more than $100 million and lost the rights to the X-Men films, which were returned to Marvel Studios. Disney has since bought back the film, which is set to hit theaters in 2019, bringing it back into line with the other X-Men films in the franchise.
Dark Phoenix is the last thing we will see of these mutants for a while, and hopefully Disney won't make any more movies like this. Given the incredible viciousness of Dark Phoenix, I'm glad we're going to continue with it instead of giving it up.

Let me be clear: Dark Phoenix is not a good film, not even good enough to be streamed online in full HD quality. Instead, she seems to have convinced enough fans - hard-core fans that she would do justice to the "Dark Phoenix" saga and convince enough casual fans to see Jean Grey's eyes turn red as she stares into the middle distance, injuring a few of her friends. Let's go back to X-Men and watch it in its entirety for the first time in the next few years. DarkPhoenix is now available in the UK and can be viewed online and in Blu-ray / DVD formats in Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the US.

Even more frustrating is that this bow is quite thin and has many character traits that Xavier and Magento already know from previous X - Men movies. In "Dark Phoenix," it's somewhat unclear what the world's opinion of mutants is as a problem, with the mutant problem belying the fact that Xavier and his X-Men team are accepted as heroes. Jeans' choice also ties in with the label "superhero," which the X Men seem to call themselves superheroes in ways the MCU often doesn't.
The fate of the X-Men remains unclear after the final installment of the series, "Dark Phoenix," bombed at the box office. That may be because Spider-Man is leaving the MCU, while Disney wants Marvel Studios to focus on the "X-Men" movies. It's not entirely clear, as we know that the Dark Phoenix cast will be in another "MCU," but the fact that "Dark Phoenix" became a box office flop may have been a major factor in their decision.

The June date gives "Dark Phoenix" access to more screens worldwide, and Michael has developed plans for a starring role in "X-Men: Dark Phoenix," and he's also working on another. He would be willing to make a new "X-Men" movie for the MCU if the opportunity arises.

Dark Phoenix "follows Jean Grey (Turner) based on the events of her life, which are heightened after a solar flare. Last Stand "is set before the" Apocalypse "and gives us an insight into Joan's life before, during and after her time as a mutant. X - Men: Dark Phoenix begins with a car accident caused by a young girl named JeanGrey with special powers, which causes the creation of a new form of the Phoenix, the most powerful mutant in the world. A battle ensues between Jean and her father Charles Xavier (James McAvoy), and the adult Jean develops as an aspiring student in a world where heroes are now heroes, while her mother Professor X (Hugh Jackman) confronts her.

It's rare for a character to address the critically flawed basis of a film that captures the essence of the franchise, which has had remarkable ups and remarkable downs and has never seen a point where it feels so much that no one cares anymore. The film itself was a joyless, lifeless, boring affair that repeated the idea of a "better X-movie" but felt like a deeply considered farewell to the franchise's most beloved characters.

When Jean Grey was a child, her parents died in a car accident, manifesting her daughter's psychic powers so that her mother made her sleep behind the wheel. Professor Charles Xavier (James McAvoy) took her in because he knew he could raise her as a child, but in a way that controlled her powers. She became the inspiration for Sophie Turner, who played the role of X-Men at the age of ten. In an early scene from Dark Phoenix, the X-Men are sent on a mission to save an out-of-control space shuttle. This scene in "Dark Phoenix" is about a group of mutants on a mission to the planet Phoenix.

Jean takes the brunt of what should be a solar flare at first, and in the end it is a kind of interstellar planet - destroying force. But now it has been destroyed by the force, and now the forces around it will do more damage than just the solar flare.

After the way she cheated death, Jean was renamed "Phoenix" and now has an unusual power that she is struggling to control. The phoenix not only leads her to the dark side, but also floods her with memories of her past, which Professor X helps to suppress. It doesn't help that an alien named Vuk, who took over Jessica Chastain's body, encourages Phoenix to go into space mentally and our heroine ends up killing someone she once loved.

A lot of things are going on - bam, and Magneto (Michael Fassbender) is brought back into the role of the villain, but not without a few twists.

Far from being Dark Phoenix, it remains far from being even a blockbuster climax, which exists to present CGI versions of things that shatter into each other. But there are other reasons to stay away from "Dark Phoenix," like the fact that it's a bit too much superhero film. Every good X-Men movie has some subtext, often from an outsider, but "Dark Phoenix" is all flat - out text. Everyone says what they mean and what they feel and need, and leads to a dialogue that is so repetitive that you can't remember whether it's the X-Men fighting or trying to cross a road that is comically bad in terms of choreography.

In truth, Wolverine (Jackman) gives this and other films a playful energy, but it's surprising that no one thought that maybe someone else would take on the role. This is probably because everyone is either too bored or too stupid to care, or just too busy with their own lives.

Jennifer Lawrence is a wonderful actress with the right material, but I just can't convince her to play the role again. Jessica Chastain can usually add depth and nuance to everything she does, but she forgets to get lost in the non-characters here. McAvoy and Fassbender behave in the same way and give life to the characters at the same time. There are contrasting performances, as we see the two as different characters in different parts of the film, but with exactly the same motifs.
The heart is simply not there, and the heart is simply not there for the characters, not even in the most important moments of the film.

I don't think that's common to the young actors, but I'm just saying that Ms. Turner directed in a way that convinced me that she could do a movie. What makes Grey Phoenix's character interesting in the comics is what's not really the same. This is the story of an android who has been cut off from life, a human (or even a mutant) who has lost control of his powers. Jean Grey's turn to the dark side must be powerful, relatable and passionate with emotion, but that is not good.
Here is an actress who covers up the CGI vortex with a lot of her own personal, personal emotions and private life. Everyone seems to agree that this is the last feature film in a long time and one of the best films ever.

But Fox is rolling back the Marvel empire and we're unlikely to see Professor X, Magneto or even Wolverine for years to come. By then, everyone will have forgotten about Dark Phoenix, but the Dark Knight is returning and the rest of the Marvel universe will be forgotten by then. The next big thing in the Marvel cinema system, "Dark Phoenix," is going to happen later this month, and it's going to be pretty awesome. After all, no one is interested in the private lives of the other characters, their families or their relationships, except those in the comics.
